Terms of Service

Short version: we quote before the truck rolls, we charge what we quoted, and anything that could move the number is named on this page rather than buried in it.

These terms govern towing, recovery, and roadside services provided by MKE Towing & Recovery LLC. By requesting service, you agree to them.

Services & pricing

Three situations can change a quoted price. These are all of them.

• We quote a price before dispatch where possible. Final pricing depends on vehicle, distance, and on-scene conditions and is confirmed before work begins.
• Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of service. Insurance and motor-club billing is available where supported.
• A cancellation fee may apply if a truck has already been dispatched; the amount is quoted before you confirm.

Your responsibilities

Two things we need from you. Both of them get the truck to you faster.

• Provide accurate location, vehicle, and ownership/authorization information.
• Remove valuables before transport; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Liability

What we cover, and what we do not.

We carry liability and on-hook insurance as required in Wisconsin. To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for delays caused by weather, traffic, or events beyond our control.

Storage & impound

If your vehicle ends up at our lot, the clock and the release conditions work like this.

Vehicles stored at our lot (206 W Layton Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53207) accrue storage fees at our posted daily rate. Release requires proof of ownership and payment of all charges.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
