Three roads carry most of the traffic through St. Francis. The Lake Parkway is WIS 794, a divided road you join and leave by ramp. Howard Avenue is WIS 32 and crosses four of the city’s main streets. Layton Avenue is County Y, and it is also the avenue our storage lot is on, farther west in Milwaukee. All three jobs we finished here in the 12 months to October 2026 were tows. Its full name is the John R. Plewa Memorial Lake Parkway. Through St. Francis it is two one-way roadways reached by ramps, not corners. That makes three details matter:

In a retail lot, the name does the work: Pick ’n Save, Layton Mart Center and Whitnall Square are all on the St. Francis map.
Our St. Francis count for the 12 months to October 2026 is three completed jobs, all tows, all called in during the day. One car went to Cudahy, one to Milwaukee and one to Greenfield. No repair shop is on our St. Francis map, so the car usually leaves town, and the destination sets the bill.

One parking structure is mapped in St. Francis; everything else is a surface lot. Tell the dispatcher the level and the posted clearance at the entrance. A low ceiling changes which truck can enter, and the dispatcher will ask whether the car can be rolled toward the exit.
That is a jump-start, $75 within 10 miles of our yard. If the car starts and dies again once the cables come off, the next step is a tow to a shop.
