SysmifyOS — our internal operations platform

SysmifyOS is the private software platform that MKE Towing & Recovery LLC built and uses to run its own towing and roadside business. It is an internal tool, not a product: it is not sold, licensed, or made available to anyone outside our company, and there is no public sign-up. Access is by invitation and limited to our own staff and contractors.

This page exists so that anyone — customers, and the reviewers who verify our Google integration — can see plainly what the application does and what data it touches.

The name you will see

SysmifyOS is our internal name for the platform. When it connects to a Google account, the Google consent screen shows it under our company name instead:

What it does

Roadside assistance is an emergency, phone-driven business. Someone searches for a tow, calls within seconds, a truck is dispatched, and the job is completed and invoiced hours later. Those steps live in three separate systems that do not talk to each other: our advertising, our phone system, and our dispatch software.

SysmifyOS joins them into one record per customer, so we can answer questions that would otherwise take hours of manual cross-referencing:

• Dispatch and job history. Which call became which job, which truck went out, and whether the work was completed or cancelled.
• Honest advertising measurement. Whether the money we spend to be found in an emergency actually produces completed, paid jobs — rather than just phone calls of unknown value.
• Service quality. Response times, coverage gaps, and where we are slow, so we can fix it.

How it uses Google account data

SysmifyOS connects to the Google Ads account that MKE Towing & Recovery LLC owns and pays for. It uses the official Google Ads API, with our own credentials, on our own account only. Specifically:

• It reads our own advertising performance data — our campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, search terms, and the record of clicks and calls our ads produced. This gives us a private, up-to-date copy of our own account so we can review spend and find waste.
• It reports completed jobs back as offline conversions. When a tow is finished and invoiced, SysmifyOS tells Google Ads what that job was actually worth. This is the core purpose: without it, Google only knows a call happened, not whether it became a $95 jump start, a $1,400 heavy recovery, or a wrong number.
• It does not create, edit, pause, or delete campaigns, ads, keywords, or budgets automatically. The platform surfaces findings and recommendations; a person decides and applies any change.
• It does not access any other company's advertising account, and it does not create Google accounts or manage user access.

Where the data lives

All of it stays inside infrastructure that MKE Towing & Recovery LLC controls: a private Google Cloud project, a database with no public address, and credentials held in a managed secret store. Nothing is sold, redistributed, published, or shared with third parties, and no advertising data is combined with any other company's.

Customer phone numbers are handled here only to connect a call to the job it produced — the same business records we already keep to dispatch a truck and send an invoice. How we treat customer information generally is set out in our Privacy Policy.
